ACCESS
A beautiful drive from the port on an asphalted road will lead you just outside Skopelos and towards some of the most beautiful monasteries this area has to offer.
4.5 km later, (approx.), the winding road forks off to the right, on a track that leads to Villa Nina. This is where you’ll find one of the most amazing lookout points this area has to offer.
Feel free to step out of your car and take in the panoramic views before you reach the villa.
The private entrance leads to your own parking area. The private pool, built right on the edge of this land, offers maximum views and a sense of floating right above Skopelos town.
INDOORS
Ground Floor:
The main entrance opens up to the open plan dining and sitting area of the villa. Balcony doors next to the traditional fireplace will give you direct access to the pool area, loungers and an outdoor dining area as well.
This open plan area leads to the fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom and the first bedroom with 2 single beds. For your convenience, another set of balcony doors will give you access to the swimming pool area too.
1st Floor:
The second bedroom has a large double bed and a walk-in closet. The balcony access here offers even more elevated, panoramic views of the bay below, Skopelos Town and the deep blue sea.
There is also a second, en-suite bathroom with a shower on this level, offering you complete privacy.
OUTDOORS:
The private swimming pool will award you with magnificent views and countless times of relaxation if you don’t feel like driving to the beach.
Relax on the loungers with some music, enjoy your breakfast in the separate dining area while taking in the views.
Use the BBQ area at the back for some dinner (extra caution during the dry summer months is strongly advised).
