Check-in and Check-Out Times

You can check in to Villa Nina no earlier than 15:30. When possible, we will notify you if we can welcome you at an earlier time. 

You are required to check out by 10.30 am unless otherwise agreed with us in advance when possible.

Payment Terms

Our ‘Regular Rate’ requires a deposit payment of 20% of your Total amount. 

The saver ‘Non-Refundable’ rate requires full payment in advance at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policies

The ‘Regular Rate’ allows you to cancel your Reservation up to 60 days prior to your arrival day for the full-deposit amount.

No cancellation or refund is allowed for the ‘Non-Refundable’ rate.

A Booking is Confirmed once deposit is paid and confirmed by Villa Nina or the full amount is paid for the Non-Refundable Rate. 

Damages to the Property

If any damages occur to the premises during your holiday you are responsible for the full cost of repairs/replacements. 

Other Policies

• Parties are not allowed at the property.
• Sub-letting the property is strictly forbidden.
